Found a New Home

Last evening, I attended my first meeting with the Sudbury Writer’s Guild. I was happy to meet a group of authors and poets in different stages of their writing careers who are genuinely interested in helping their fellow writers through encouragement, exchange of knowledge and experience and positive criticism.

It was great being in a setting with like-minded people and the conversation was friendly and stimulating. Might have found a new home.

Of course, the fact that homemade peanut butter cookies were served did not sway my opinion at all.
