Heaven's Keep by William Kent Krueger

When Cork’s wife’s plane goes down in the Rockies, he and his son, Stephen, join the search. Although they meet great people trying to help them, there are some who can’t be trusted and Cork’s instincts kick-in.

The story is one I’ve been waiting for as I have read books later in the series and knew some things, but not how they happened. Without giving that a way, it was another excellent story by one of my favorite authors.
