Talking God by Tony Hillerman
Navajo Tribal Police Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn investigates a murder of an unidentified man, while Officer Jim Chee arrests a conservator from the Smithsonian for desecrating a burial plot. Both cases seem to have nothing to do with each other, but as both officers follow their own trail of clues, it turns out they are working on the same case.
This is a who-done-it that reveals a conspiracy of murder from a different country that will explode in the streets of Washington, DC. For those that like a cozy mystery with Native American backgrounds, this will be a treat.
