One Hell of a Ride!

At twelve-years-old, Lee was found wandering the streets alone after the people within her cult community disappeared, including her mother and sister. This left her with years of confusion, guilt and accusations as she grew up trying to be accepted and get over the trauma.

Now, years later, a woman has shown up, exclaiming to be her long-lost sister. While caring for her young daughter, dealing with a troubled marriage, this is just another exciting, yet stressful, thing to deal with.  She has tried to hide her old life from everyone, including her husband, but now a documentary about the disappearance of her group years early threatens to expose her. With her husband’s resentment towards her decision to accept this stranger into their lives, she must also face the truth of the woman’s identity.

Buccola weaves an intricate tale with surprises and twists throughout the story. The pace is relentless. Like a multi-vehicle accident happening before your eyes, you cannot turn away, knowing full well that the ending will be both disastrous and life-altering.

Highly Recommended!
